Mr. Zadorojnyi,
Is a qualified engineer from Russia who came to Canada in 1997. He has a detailed knowledge of the science of building construction. To understand the local situation and the local building codes he attended BCIT in Vancouver. His skills are in managing a construction project by using other craftsmen to undertake the special aspects required.
I used his services in substantially changing my house. Over a six month period he did a great job in keeping things on track and within budget. I would highly recommend Mr. Zadorojnyi for any construction project or alteration to an existing house.

After having made the decision, in early summer of 2011, to have some fairly extensive renovations done to our house, we began the search for a contractor. We needed to have someone who could look after everything from framing to finishing, complete with electrical, plumbing, dry walling, tiling a huge floor area, even roof repair.
Fortunately our search was a very short one, because very good friends of ours had recently had a totally unfinished basement room transformed into a beautiful bedroom complete with ensuite bathroom. They recommended their contractor very highly.
Alex came to our house and had a thorough look at the project. He then laid out a realistic plan for doing the work and gave us an estimate of cost, which worked out to be quite reasonable and also, the plan quite exact in terms of time.
For the approximately two months that they were working on our house, Alex and/or his staff members were punctual, extremely polite and were very considerate with regard to us living in the house during the renovation.
As for Alex, we have to say, he is a genius in terms of knowing how to build around pipes, ducts, wires, or re-routing them all, as needed, in order to make everything fit.
We appreciated Alex and his work so much that we had him and his crew back in the summer of 2012 to install a full kitchen and large storage closet in the lower level of our house.
Again, it was an excellent experience.
And, the next time we need to have renovations done, we know we will be phoning Alex!
